Hand-pressed using Devon cider apples grown on the orchards surrounding the farm here at Heron Valley, our medium sweet cider is fermented using naturally occurring wild yeasts harvested from the skins of our apples before being aged over 6 months in our cool cellar. With over 30 distinct heritage varieties of bitter sweet and bitter sharp cider apples, we take great pride and care in producing a mellow, delicious and refreshing traditional cider.
Sulphite free and with no additional yeasts used, this traditional medium sweet Devon cider is irresistible on a summer's day and also makes a delicious mulled cider.

Gently pasteurised, and so has a shelf life of over one year in a cool cupboard.
