Pink Panther Cocktail Recipe
Imaginatively known at the Heron Valley bar as a 'Gin and Pink', the Pink Panther is a delicious summer cocktail that's loaded with irresistible lemon and strawberry flavours. Easy to make, not too sweet and just a little bit dangerous, try not to let this one creep up on you...
Ingredients
- 50ml of your favourite gin (we love Salcombe Gin or Tanqueray)
- 200ml Heron Valley Pink Lemonade
- Fresh strawberries and mint leaves
How to make it
1. Pour 50ml of gin into a good tumbler or high ball glass over plenty of ice.
2. Top up with 200ml of Pink Lemonade.
3. Garnish with a half a slice of strawberry and a couple of fresh mint leaves.
4. Add a stripy paper straw and 'voila'... happy drinking.
