Dark 'n' Stormy Cocktail Recipe
A firm favourite with us West Country folk and the best pirate drink ever made, the classic Dark 'n' Stormy rum cocktail has long been honoured by sailors across the globe and drunk with dangerous abandon by sea-farers at the Heron Valley bar.
Take yours to the next level with our award-winning Fiery Ginger Beer, a high-quality dark or spiced rum and some fresh lime.
Ingredients
- 50ml of good quality rum (we love Mount Gay and Goslings)
- 1/2 fresh lime
- 200ml Heron Valley Fiery Ginger Beer
How to make it
1. Add plenty of ice to a highball glass and pour in your rum.
2. Top up with our Fiery Ginger Beer.
3. Squeeze in a big wedge of lime and stir well.
4. Garnish with extra lime and serve.
