Partridge in a Pear Tree Cocktail Recipe
The perfect celebration cocktail, our take on a Partridge in a Pear Tree is bubbly, light, and delicious. Making it is a doddle with our delicious natural Pear & Apple Juice. A sprig of fresh rosemary puts an aromatic bow on this festive cocktail classic.
Ingredients
- 50ml Heron Valley Pear & Apple Juice
- Champagne
- 25ml Vodka
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
- A sprig of rosemary or an apple wedge to garnish
How to make it
1. Combine the vodka, lemon juice and pear & apple juice in a shaker half-filled with ice.
2. Shake well for 20-30 seconds until all the ingredients have mixed and chilled well.
3. Strain into the coupe glass to half full then top up with champagne.
4. Garnish with rosemary or an apple wedge and serve.
