Our No.1 Pimms Cocktail
The ultimate taste of summer, our Heron Valley twist on the classic Pimms recipe replaces lemonade with our delicious Wild Nettle Fizz to add a little extra hedgerow freshness to this British summertime staple.
Ingredients
- 50ml Pimms
- 200ml Wild Nettle Fizz
- Cucumber
- Fresh mint leaves
- Orange slices
- Fresh strawberries
Method
1. Add plenty of ice to a tall glass.
2. Add the Pimms then top up with Wild Nettle Fizz.
3. Crush the mint leaves and stir them into the mix.
4. Add the cucumber, strawberries and orange slices.
5. Give it a gentle stir, serve and enjoy.
