Bramble Cocktail Recipe

Celebrate summer with delicious fresh berries in this easy to make vodka berry cocktail. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint for an irresistible summer tipple.

• 50ml of good quality vodka
  
• 2 mint leaves (plus a sprig to serve)
• 275ml Heron Valley Berry Fizz
  
• 1 strawberry to serve

1. Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour over the vodka and top-up with the Berry Fizz.

3. Smack the mint leaves and add them to the glass.

4. Give the mix a good stir.

5. Dress with half a fresh strawberry and the sprig of mint.
