Join us at Heron Valley for a night of incredible food, drink, and fun courtesy of Jake Bridgwood, former head chef at The Seahorse in Dartmouth. Serving a delicious 3-course meal using locally sourced ingredients alongside a selection of fantastic wines, cocktails, and juices.
Weather permitting, these summer events will take place in our beautiful courtyard.
About the chef
Jake spent over a decade at Mitch Tonk's award-winning Seahorse Restaurant, most recently working as head chef. Throughout his career, Jake has been very fortunate to have worked alongside some of the industry greats, including Angela Hartnett, Mark Hix, Henry Harris, Matt Tebbutt and more. He's also collaborated in Italy and Spain with the incredible Al Gato Nero in Venice, Dario Cecchini the Tuscan butcher and Cal I’ilsidre in Barcelona.
Jake’s culinary style is led by seasonal ingredients and characterised by its simplicity, with Italian and Mediterranean influences.
