With a smooth, crisp flavour, this traditionally-made dry Devon cider contains no added sugars, sulphites or yeasts other than those obtained from the cider apples we handpick within a 15-mile radius of the farm.
Our Still Dry Cider is fermented using naturally occurring wild yeasts from the skins of our apples, before ageing the traditional way over 6 months in our cool cellar. It takes a lot of patience, but this gentle approach results in a multi-award-winning, sulphite-free dry cider that is refreshing and smooth on the palette.
