Apple and Root Ginger Juice
A delicious spiced apple juice featuring whole grated root ginger and approx. 1.3kg of the best hand pressed apples in every 75cl bottle.

Baked Ginger Apple Peaches
This is the simplest 'stick it in the oven and forget about it' emergency pudding I know.
12 doughnut peaches (now widely available from all grocers and supermarkets when in season)
1 bottle Heron Valley apple juice with root ginger
a small knob of butter
a pinch of cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Pack all the peaches (with stones left in) tightly into an oven proof tin or baking dish. Pour over the apple juice with Root Ginger, add the knob of butter and sprinkle over a small pinch of cinnamon.
Tightly cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes, until the peaches are soft and the juices are syrupy. Serve with a big dollop of crème fraiche, vanilla ice cream or single pouring cream.
